• Pueblo Worker's Compensation

    Charles Malouff, Attorney at Law

    Why You Should Contact Me

If you are injured on the job, you are entitled to Worker’s Compensation benefits. Even if you are not sure your injury is work related, you should contact me to discuss your situation. Don’t rely on what your employer or the insurance company tells you. They are not on your side.

There are time limits to bring a claim. Make sure you don’t wait too long.

I can go after all the benefits to which you are entitled. These may include:

    • Medical benefits
    • Wage loss benefits
    • An award for any permanent disability
    • Change of treating doctor
    • Any hearings or appeals

Remember, worker’s compensation cases are paid for on a percentage basis. This means you pay attorney fees only if you collect.

Even if you are receiving medical benefits and wage loss benefits, it is a good idea to have an attorney. Most injured workers have no way of knowing if they are getting the money to which they are entitled. Most injured workers don’t know how much they can get for permanent disability and how much their case is worth for settlement purposes; or how to get another medical opinion.

Remember, your employer and the insurance company are not in business to see that you get what you should. I, on the other hand, have your best interest in mind because it is my duty to maximize your monetary recovery.

I have been handling worker’s compensation cases for over 30 years. I have been through numerous hearings and the occasional appeal to the Industrial Claims Appeals Counsel and the Colorado Court of Appeals.

I offer a free consultation to discuss your case. I’m here to help. Don’t wait any longer. If you or a loved one or friend have questions, please call or e-mail me. It never hurts to ask questions.
