• Pueblo Personal Injury Lawyer & Wrongful Death Lawyer

    Charles Malouff, Attorney at Law

Personal Injury means you have suffered bodily and/or emotional injury due to the negligence of someone else. Wrongful death means that you have a claim for the death of certain relatives due to the negligence of someone else.

The negligence is normally the result of a motor vehicle or motorcycle accident in which the other party was at fault. However, also included are slip and fall cases where injury or death is the result of premises negligence (for example, falling on an icy sidewalk). If you are in doubt whether negligence exists, it does not hurt to call me for my opinion.

I have been handling Personal Injury cases for over 30 years. My consultations are free and there is no obligation. Attorney fees are generally on a contingent fee basis. That means attorney fees are paid only if you collect.

Remember, the insurance company is not on your side. Also remember, there are time limits to settle or file your case in court. Call or email me and we can explain your rights to you.
